Last Updated: May 24, 2024. These terms govern the contract between you and Kaeya Bot, fragments of the abyss.
Acceptance of Terms
By adding Kaeya Bot to your Discord server or using any of its associated features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Kaeya Bot development team.
If you do not agree with these terms, you must immediately remove the bot from your server and cease all use of its services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with updates signified by the “Last Updated” date above.
Bot Usage & Conduct
- Lawful UseUsers must not use the bot for any illegal activities or to violate Discord's own Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
- Prohibited ActionsAttempting to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the bot's functionality via spamming or API abuse is strictly forbidden.
- Server SovereigntyServer administrators are responsible for the bot's configuration within their respective guilds.
Data Privacy
Collected Data
We store user IDs, guild IDs, and configuration settings necessary for the bot's operation. Message content is processed in real-time and not stored unless specifically required by a logged feature (e.g., audit logs).
Data Erasure
Users may request the deletion of their stored data at any time through our official support Discord. Removing the bot from a server will result in guild data being purged after 30 days.
